What the Trading Post does
Use it without starving production
The safest export is a renewable good with a stable surplus. Set a reserve in your own planning, watch the stock trend and export only the amount above what workers and production buildings consume. A high sale price does not help if the same good halts several downstream chains.
Practical export checklist
- Confirm production is consistently above local consumption.
- Keep enough stock for construction, upkeep and sudden demand.
- Prefer one reliable surplus over several unstable exports.
- Recheck the route when adding new workers or buildings.
Trading Post versus Wealth buildings
The Trading Post sells resources for Coins. Wine is a Raid Resource, so look to raids or the appropriate Wealth unlocks instead. The Bounty Hunters Guildhall at 3 Wealth can buy Raid Goods, while the Grand Market at 12 Wealth can buy Upkeep Resources. Do not confuse those functions with the Trading Post.
