What to verify if a patch appears
Check that the download names its author, supported game version, installation path and complete removal steps. It should not ask for account credentials or disable security tools. Back up saves and original files before testing it, because every game update can invalidate translated data.
For an official change, watch the language table on Steam and announcements from Hooded Horse or Limbic Entertainment. A video title or anonymous archive alone is not evidence of a safe, complete translation.
